Bamboo!

McKenna is not the only new member of the family.  We welcomed Bamboo Chase this spring as well.  After a search at the pound found no kitties that 'clicked' with us, we found him online through craigslist.  A social worker had rescued him from a home where he had been neglected.

We had to be interviewed, but knew he was the one right away. He lets McKenna maul him, she eats his ears, pulls his fur, and yanks on his whiskers.

He also lets the boys haul him around.  He is kind of a jerk, he likes to play bite and attack, but it is worth it since the boys love him so much.

Logan especially wanted a cat around.  After the coyote debacle of last year we are not letting Bamboo out of the house.  He is a good sport!
