We have a signed contract, so I hope it is official... we have a new house! We purchased a home in Anthem, Arizona, where we will be moving in six weeks. It is ten minutes from Loren's work and has plenty of rooms for the kids to play. I think Loren is especially excited about the outdoor bbq and fireplace. Anthem has a community center with a stocked catch and release lake, water park, sports fields and lots of activities. We're quite thrilled. Now if only we can sell our Colorado home...

How cool is that?! I've been wondering if your offer was accepted and I am so happy to see that you are getting the home you liked! We can't wait to come and see it and maybe try out your cool water park!
