McKenna's First Months

What?  Brothers I have.

Not the best picture, but it was funny.  I had a lot of pain and swelling from starting to nurse.  I grabbed a pack of frozen peas to help with the swelling...but the boys kept coming over and eating the peas!  Silly boys.

Pretty in polka dots and starting to smile.

Secretly in love.

All clean!

All my little cuties.

And this is why we call her Princess Monkey Toes--look at how long her toes are!  She can grasp things with those toes! (Or swing from branch to branch). I also call her Kenners, Kennster Beans or Kenna Kenna Kenster.

This is actually my favorite picture of her.  It makes me laugh every time.

Boys are still having fun!

Just in case it seemed like it was all newborn baby... here is the boys messing around!  We don't get rain much in Arizona, but when we do it is an event!

McKay isn't very big, so it went up to his knees in places.

McKay is loving all the new baby toys around here.

Logan is a big boy, but he secretly likes them, too!

Derby Time!

Logan starts Boy Scouts this year!  He was able to do the Blue and Gold Banquet and just completed his first pinewood derby!  Loren and Logan worked together to sand, and paint, and 'prepare' the nails for the car.  Logan decided he wanted a blue truck--he knew it wouldn't be the fastest but that is what he wanted. So we made a truck!

It was really dark in the gym, so I didn't get pictures at the race.  After adding all the weights and doing all the trials Logan's truck ended up about in the middle.  He took it well, though, and just had a great time racing and playing.  Loren's car took third in the men's division (it was green for McKay).

The paperwork for day camp was just dropped off.  Logan doesn't know he is going yet--he's going to be so pumped!

Mother Daughter Tea Party

I put on the Activity Days Recognition Night twice a year--and this time we chose a tea party theme. ('T'estimony, 'T'alents, 'T'alks, etc.)  It was so cute to see all the little girls dressed up in their hats and gloves.  Their mothers looked absolutely beautiful as well.

One of our cute Beehives took pictures of the girls for her Young Women Recognition Award.  She took a few pictures of McKenna in a hat box--look how cute my sweet baby is!  McKenna is two and a half months old in this picture, and we are loving how much she talks and smiles.
