Not the most modest, I know, but c'mon! A National Geographic! Upside down! And bears? It is too funny. I may have to remove this post before he gets too old, but you should enjoy it now. As you can see, Logan has started potty training. He came to me and asked... so we are giving it a try. There are good days and bad days, but overall for three weeks he is doing outstanding. He got some new Elmo undies from Grandma--which he promptly labeled as "Elmo Hat" and put on his head... McKay's head... the bear's head... Besides potty training (is there anything besides potty training when you are in the middle of it?) Logan is working on singing new songs, trying new foods, and moving to a big boy bed. We now need to high-five his bears as well as him when we tuck him in at night. Oh, and hammers are all called "chickens." Not really sure why.
McKay has two new teeth! If there wasn't food in his mouth, you would see that his bottom two teeth came in. Phew! He is back to his happy self, trying desperately to crawl and play with his big brother. He has moved to his crib and can now put himself to sleep. He is still too light to sleep through the night. McKay has also started on solids, he kept grabbing my spoon so we tried cereal. He loves it! Not such a fan of peas, but he will eat any type of cereal you give him. He loves to stand, sit and play, and cannot wait to crawl.
We went to Montana for Christmas, and let my family meet our two little ones. It was fun to see everyone as we hadn't been there in two years. Unfortunately, we picked up a "gift" we could have done with out--we all came back with the flu! We have been passing around a cold these last two weeks, right now it is Loren's turn.
We hope your holiday was fun and that you are not offended by the potty pictures!
